Treasure Drop Privacy Policy
This policy describes Treasure Drop version 1.1 and later, provided by Funtownarcade Games LLC. Contact us at [email protected]. This policy is available at https://funtownarcade.com/treasureprivacy/.
Game progress on your device
Treasure Drop has no player accounts, sign-in or chat. Progress, virtual coins, stars, cosmetic items, daily rewards, language and privacy choices are stored on your device. Virtual coins and items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Version 1.1 does not offer real-money purchases or game-operated cloud saves.
Android or your device provider may include application data in device backups according to your device settings. We do not provide cross-device save recovery.
Optional advertising
Optional rewarded ads are provided through Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads. Ads and their SDK initialization are disabled until you select the age group 16 or over and enable optional ads. Declining ads does not prevent normal gameplay or the free daily jackpot attempt. Ad retries, extra balls from ads and doubled win coins from ads require an available ad and its completion reward callback. Skipped or failed ads do not earn these rewards.
When you enable ads, Unity and its advertising services may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions and ad performance data to provide, secure and measure advertising. Depending on your privacy choices and applicable requirements, these services may also use data for personalized advertising. The game sends your consent choice to LevelPlay before initializing it.
The Privacy screen includes a separate Do not sell or share my personal information for targeted advertising setting, enabled by default. We pass this setting to LevelPlay. You may also manage or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Read Unity's advertising privacy policy at https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy for its practices, retention and privacy rights.
Optional gameplay analytics
Unity Analytics is disabled until you select the age group 16 or over and separately enable analytics. Your ads choice does not grant analytics consent. Analytics may process an installation identifier, IP-derived country, device and operating system information, app version, session information and gameplay events. Events include level starts, wins, losses, coin balances, virtual rewards and optional ad outcomes. Where provided by the ad SDK, ad network and impression revenue information may also be recorded to understand the game's advertising performance.
We use this information to find gameplay problems, improve the game and understand retention and advertising performance. It is not a real-money purchase history. Read Unity's privacy policy at https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy and its player privacy policy linked above for information about its processing, international transfers, retention and rights.
Your privacy choices and deletion requests
Open Options, then Privacy to review or change the choices saved on this device. Ads and analytics have separate controls and are off by default. You can choose Reject optional and continue playing. Withdrawing either choice stops the game's further use of that optional service; withdrawing consent does not itself delete data already processed by a service.
Select Request analytics deletion in the Privacy screen to turn analytics off and request deletion of analytics data associated with this installation. The request is queued when offline and retried when the game can connect. Submission is not confirmation that the service has finished deletion. Keep the game installed and connect it to the internet so the request can be sent. This request does not delete your game progress and does not request deletion from advertising services.
For advertising data requests, use the privacy controls described in Unity's player privacy policy, or email [email protected] for help with your request. We may ask for information needed to identify the relevant service record, but please do not send passwords or payment details.
To remove local game progress and choices, use Android's Clear storage control for Treasure Drop. This removes your progress, coins and items; they cannot be restored through an in-game account. Review Android backup settings separately if you also want to remove a device backup. Send any pending analytics deletion request before clearing storage or uninstalling, because clearing app data can remove the information needed to deliver that request.
Children and age groups
Treasure Drop is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. We ask only whether the player is under 16 or 16 or over; we do not ask for a birth date. The age-group choice stays on the device. Ads and analytics remain disabled for players who select under 16. If you believe personal data from a child was processed through the game, contact [email protected].
Notifications and Google Play
The game can schedule local reminders for daily rewards. You can manage notification permission in Android settings. These reminders do not require a game account. Google Play handles app distribution, updates and any Google Play review prompt under Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Retention and contact
Local game data remains on the device until removed or replaced. Data processed by Unity and Google is subject to their policies and applicable deletion requirements. Privacy rights may vary by region. To ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy concerns, email [email protected].
If our practices change, we will update this page and its Last updated date. If the change requires renewed choices in the app, we will request them before enabling the affected optional services.
